Where's mah meat on the smoker thread?

Tossing this beotch on the smoke tomorrow 0700. 

Weather is too damn nice not to have a big BBQ throw down on the back porch tomorrow night. Expecting 20+

My menu:

Brisket
Sausage
Smoked Shotgun Shells-----hot sausage/brisket/jalapeno/cheese based
BBQ pintos
Cheesy hash brown casserole
Key lime pie and cheesecake from scratch

Apps and other goodies being brought by friends. 

I'll be up LATE meal prepping and drinking.

My first attempt with shotgun shells. We will see. 

After many reviews/vids I opted for a 3-4 min par boil for the noodles. Oh, and a jerky gun makes this a breeze. Get one if you don't already have one in the cooking arsenal.

Too busy and forgot to take any pics but this was all the brisket that remained. Stubborn damn brisket took over 11 hours but turned out excellent. One of my best. Salt and pepper rub FTW.

I threw some ribs in the smoker about 2 hours ago. My wife is making some sort of potato casserole to go with it.
