First time making lahmajoon/lahmajoon
#1
Spelled quite a few ways depending on the country. Anyway,  it starts off looking like pizza but eats like a doner kebab/gyro. Minced lamb topping topping with pickled onions, yogurt, etc. Cooked in the Ooni for about 2 minutes.

Looks great!
You can make tzahtziki with your yogurt -
1 cup yogurt ( homemade is best)
1/4 to 1/2 cup grated cucumber ( press a couple of paper towels on it to soak up as much moisture as you can)
1 clove garlic minced or pressed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Mix and enjoy!

I'm definitely going to play around with it some. Tzatziki will be used and I think cilantro over Italian parsley would be an improvement. I also plan to spice it up more.

I reheated one of the leftover pies in a frying pan  today. I used tzatziki and fresh tomatoes! I still have leftover pickled onions left, too. Better than the first day.

I absolutely love making things that are even better as leftovers. It's like tantric sex for fat people.
