Nice thing, and bad thing, about Aldi's is store size. The place is so small, 4 aisles, that you can shop relatively fast if the place is not busy. If the place is busy, and checkouts are full, the opposite applies. I LOVE Aldi's when they are not busy!! I avoid them when they are.

I checked this out and feel FAR TOO MUCH attention is being granted to this revolutionary and ground breaking way of flipping grilled cheese.

Pig shots, and beans on the smoker. I ran a smallish brisket through the smoker for 12 hours overnight and since 7 this morning it has been wrapped in aluminum sitting in the oven at 185f. A little sweet slaw marinated in the dressing overnight.
Made a peach custard pie, and our friends are bringing appetizers and a dessert.

I was really looking forward to today.
Ar least I have good friends and good food, maybe even a super bowl victory for 'my' team.

I may have posted this, but these IKEA meatballs on a bed of rice are awesome. I buy premade meatballs and just use recipe for sauce. Tasty!!

Love bangers and mash.
This dudes idea of making champ is brilliant. Maybe it's a common thing but a new idea to me.

That looks AWESOME! Is Marmite readily available at the grocery? I've not heard of it.

In a well stocked one.
Personally, I went old school on my gravy with veggie/beef base.
