In other Ruger news, they're having a jobfair in Mayodan NC and one of the positions is for lever action assembler(s). Bodes well for seeing new Marlins. I don't have a link, but saw that they're coming out with a 45-70 for the first production.

I've noticed a few local shops on FB stating they're starting to get them in stock. No idea on prices though.

Palmetto has them for $399. I'm hoping they will get some different colors or slides. I like the tan guns and older lcps had American flag slides that were wicked.
After watching a ton of reviews I'm pretty convinced it would be a good shooter for me. Size and capacity and reliability all seem spot on.

Im just gonna catch one around $349. I'm in no hurry, once price gets lower they will also have a few of the new gun glitches sorted out.
